However, this was the Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. David made it easy and was straight forward while making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I am still amazed because I feel like I did no work trying to pick out features or colors or struggle to find the right price as David did all of that for me and I still ended up with more than I imagined! Brand new rx 350 with all the bells and whistles and David made the experience a fun and exciting process. My husband had never purchased a car from a dealership before and was nervous about the process and said he was surprised at at smooth and easy everything was. Lexus also does everything in house which was so much less stressful than being passed from sales to finance and messing with banks and all different departments. We walked in talked to David and left with the best car I’ve ever owned. Awesome service awesome salesman! More

Jason was our sales rep who finalized our deal, he was very detailed in the transaction of the sale. Jason was able to answer all of our questions we had asked and explained our options when I inquired about buying verses purchasing. We have never leased a vehicle before and after hearing all of our options we decided to Lease. My wife brought the vehicle in for a 100 mile checkup and was blown away by the service lady that welcomed her back into the dealership. We have looked at buying cars at other dealers and been harassed out the door. When Carl first came into the dealership he looked around for awhile and kinda got an idea of what he was interested in. He was about to leave when Jason approached and offered his help. He was so kind and not pushy that Carl stayed and found out a lot of buying a Lexus. Bad Experience all the way around Buying expierience wasn’t pleasant. They applied for credit at 6 banks after advising them was only interested in Toyota Finance. Credit score went way down due to the fact and this will stick for 2 years. They damaged the car detailing it and had to return. Sales rep doesn’t care about any issues after the sell. Asked him to return my calls and he just text back pushing it off on someone else. Finance director says he will return your call and doesn’t. This dealership is way overrated and would recommend another Lexus dealership! More
