First of all, she is an outstanding listener. She's NOT like some where it is obvious they are thinking of their response before you finish talking. Erin, actually LISTENS to what you are saying so she can understand your particular need and then deal with it. Secondly, Erin came through in the clutch. Due to an odd set of circumstances, the car we were looking at became unavailable. Erin did not just apologize and quit. Erin seized the moment and fought on my behalf to successfully deliver a replacement under the original terms. I know this cost her much extra time and probably affected her remuneration. So, because of the quality of her character, I will most certainly purchase another vehicle from Erin and will recommend her to all my friends and associates.
