We worked with Mark Dresselhuys by phone and email to make sure that car was the one we wanted, and that the price and our trade-in value was good fro our 2010 ES350. Then we drove from Oklahoma City to Dallas to test drive and look over the car. We loved the car. Mark was great about answering all our questions and helping us with the purchase paperwork and details. Everything went smoothly, and we drove our new home. We will be back when we're ready for another Lexus. More
