Brian is empathetic and took our situation and thought “outside the box” . He was able to assist us with the cost on the repair due to the battery being just off 100% warranty and other discounts in an effort to keep a happy customer. I can tell you we are very happy and my wife has always said when she is ready to part with the 2008 Lexus ES350 and we are financially able she will be back for another vehicle.
