I appreciate that he started working on my car deal without me even stepping foot in the dealership, he was very mindful of my time. He sent me a text when he had everything in place and even asked what color was I interested in. Brett offered to bring a couple of vehicles to the front so that I could test drive upon arrival. He definitely made buying a car very easy and such a smooth process. Never had a dealt with a car salesperson nor a dealership that actually cared and wasn't just worried about making the sale. Im pleased to say I purchased a 2017 NX200T Fsport and I absolutely love it!!!! More

Brian listened to our concerns that we strive to get all our work done at Lexus as you will see in the history of our service records however I have recently have been underemployed in my skill set and we are struggling to make ends meet. Brian is empathetic and took our situation and thought “outside the box” . He was able to assist us with the cost on the repair due to the battery being just off 100% warranty and other discounts in an effort to keep a happy customer. I can tell you we are very happy and my wife has always said when she is ready to part with the 2008 Lexus ES350 and we are financially able she will be back for another vehicle.
