From the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly faces to the moment you leave it's a very satisfying experience! Our salesman Daniel Moore has been excellent both times. He's always found exactly what we were wanting. This last time I was having a hard time choosing wheels that I liked. Daniel far exceeded are expectations in helping us find the perfect wheels and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! He is nothing but kind, compassionate, and generous. He just listens and assists in answering any questions you have, all the while letting you decide what is best for you! It was literally the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought 2 other Lexus vehicles from Park Place years prior. They are always great each time, but this time exceeded my expectations. We communicated via email frequently, did a few test drives, agreed on the details of the contract, and I literally walked in, signed, was made familiar with the car, and left (took less than 1 hour!). This is a portion of the email I sent him following the completion of my purchase. "I was worried about buying a car, haggling over a price, and stressing about financing. This is literally my first major purchase since the last time I bought from Park Place about 8-9 years ago. You made it so simple, and were accommodating and helpful.
