So I marked the kind of Infiniti I was looking for. Then I came across Lexus and I also marked it. I told myself what the heck. Let me try..Then on Saturday, July 1st, the first invitation I received to look at a new car was from a dealer that sells Infiniti. I made an appointment to visit on Monday, July 3rd. Saturday, I got a call from Richard Spotts and discussed with me about Lexus. At first I was hesitant but as I listened to him described the car I became sold to the idea of owning a Lexus. So I cancelled my appointment with the Infiniti sales person and made an appointment with Richard at Park Place. The moment my wife and I stepped in the showroom, I the decided that I would like to own a Lexus. I was impressed at the place. We waited I was glad I did. Richard showed us the car I wanted and we test drove a car different from what we are going to purchase. I had a very good experience at Park Place and also with Richard. I am very particular and I have very strict requirements for a pre-owned Lexus. Michael was always in my corner, even after it seemed I was never going to find the right car. Michael's incredible patience, desire to please, hard work, and commitment was always on display. We looked at many car choices over several years, and he could have easily given up on me as being to hard to please. Needless to say, he kept on my search, every time he thought he may have something he would call me or text me, describe the vehicle and let me know if it was worth a look. He kept it going and I finally made my purchase, and I am so happy. My wife and I both have purchased two Lexus from him in the past month or two beginning in June of 2017. Both experiences were done to make us as happy as we could be. The financing, and everything was done to get us the best deal we could ask for.
