Second Time Even More Amazing Experience! Having been a client of Don Mitchell and Park Place Lexus Plano for 2-1/2 years, I had developed complete confidence and trust in them. So in October Having been a client of Don Mitchell and Park Place Lexus Plano for 2-1/2 years, I had developed complete confidence and trust in them. So in October as the 2017 models were arriving, I contacted Don and ask him to select the options he thought I would enjoy on a RX 350 with the interior and exterior colors I wanted. Wow did he deliver! In less than 2 weeks I was driving the most incredible vehicle of my dreams! Every option he chose has been phenomenal and impressive! The transaction was so easy and effortless and a more amazing experience than the first and the first one had been extraordinary! Six months later I love my RX 350 even more! During those 2-1/2 years, Don helped me through 5 non-mechanical issues with my ES caused by others but not his responsibility to do so. It has been said, "Kindness is not an act. It is a life style". I could not agree more! It is one thing to purchase a vehicle but the real test of an excellent dealership is how you are treated after you have purchased your vehicle. At Park Place Lexus, the service department is the BEST. For me, having the ability to get a loaner car is a real PLUS, since I can simply drive away with the loaner car and continue doing whatever I need for the rest of the day. I have my vehicle detailed every year and a couple of times when I was going to pick up my vehicle, it was raining so the dealership told me to continue with the loaner car until the rain stopped. I call that "caring" about your customers. More
