Our 2nd Lexus from Park Place Plano We bought our first Lexus back in 2005, an RX 330 for my wife, which we still have and she still loves it. We were very pleased with everything till our waranty went out and it seamed like the service kind of dropped down from what it was. We are waiting on the dash board replacement right now and as soon as you guys call us to bring the car in for the replacement we wil be there. we've been waiting over a year for it. We also have three recalls that need to be taken care of at the same time. Since we live in Tyler, TX. we've been waiting to do everything at the same time. One Trip instead of 3 or 4. We have tried a few times to buy another Lexus, but couldn't find the deal we wanted mainly due to talking to the wrong sale rep. I guess. But a few weeks ago we were in Dallas after hours and were going by and stopped to look at what you had on your lot. We found one and came back the next week. We meet Mike Gabrani and he was great! We spent a number of hours and findly mad a deal. Mike has taken care of everything up to this point and he has been what everyone needs when dealing with Park Place. We bought an LX 570 for me and we are very happy with it. We've been back in once and the service group was great. Mike Gabrani had it all set up and Craig Ellis was very good at getting everything taken care of. We have been very happy so far this time. Thank You More
