My best car buying experience yet! Tony treated us with integrity and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He also called back to update me about my credit application. I had bad credit at the time, and instead of leaving me in limbo like most sales associates he presented some options that could get me in the car I wanted. He didn't try to sale me something else or send me anywhere else. We drove all the way from Georgia to Texas with just his word and or faith in God to get our car. The car was ready and so was our paperwork. Although there were some issues with the car, Tony made sure they were fixed before we left the dealership and headed back. I proudly tell everyone about my experience, and I recommend park place and Tony for a great car buying experience! More

We visited other Lexus dealerships in Dallas, but we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Kenneth. Even after the purchase, the additional work that was completed was very convenient, and he had a loaner vehicle ready for me. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from him in the future. My husband and I were originally thinking of switching to a different brand of car to try something new but wanted to go look at the new 2017 RX 350 before we made our decision. Once we met with Ross we immediately knew we would be driving home a new Lexus that day.Not once did we feel pressured or hounded like a typical salesman. He was very professional, thoughtful and really listened to our needs and found us the perfect car. He even stayed late on a Saturday and waited for me to go home to get our other Lexus to turn it in so that we didn't have to wait until Monday to do it.
