WHO KNEW?? We never thought buying a car could actually be a pleasant experience, but with Adam Remington as our sales rep, and Park Place as the dealership, it We never thought buying a car could actually be a pleasant experience, but with Adam Remington as our sales rep, and Park Place as the dealership, it was totally different than prior experiences. Adam is so pleasant and genuine, very low key, no hard sell or "let me ask my manager" tactics. He's knowledgeable about Lexus products/features and listened to what we our needs and desires were. No attempt to up-sell by Adam, but the Autumn Shimmer Lexus RX 350 of my dreams up-sold itself and Adam worked hard to help us make it happen. After the sale, we got extensive "training" on all the features of the vehicle...way more than our Honda CRV for sure!! Adam was patient and assured me if I have any issues, call him or the technical help desk and they'll walk me through anything I need to know. I'm still learning but it's a real joy to drive our new vehicle. Best of all, we know any time we go to Park Place, even for a car wash, we'll be treated with courtesy and get great customer service. Whether is new or used (I have purchase both), I like to get thing done quick in a timely manner and Gabriel Delgado exceed my expectation, as always. He went far and beyond his limit by going to one of the sister brand, from Plano to Grapevine to get the specific vehicle I wanted. 2-2/12 hours, I was able to walk out with my newly used car, 3rd one.
