This is, arguably, the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. Both Mr. Keith and Mr. Wagoner practiced the very first principle of good customer service: they LISTENED. And then they responded with gracious kindness and, sometimes, a bit of humor. We came away almost persuaded that our deal was fair and absolutely certain that we were esteemed as valued customers and not merely numbers on a monthly statistics report (though those things surely exist). In summary, we love the car and think the dealership is a model for others to emulate. More
