Great facility with matching great customer service I was trying to decide on what type of car to buy. I like German engineering so wasn't considering a Lexus... but my wife was. So we dropped by Park Place Lexus "just looking". David Broadbent greeted us, showed us the new RX350 as well as certified, older RX350s. I was impressed with David's knowledge and professionalism as well as the very nice dealership. David was actually helpful and considerate, rather than being the typical aggressive car salesman. We looked at other cars and then decided to get prices for our top three choices. David again assisted us in a very professional, helpful way. His efforts to find the car we wanted (color and options) and to make a deal that would work were impressive. The end result was our lease of a new Lexus RX350. We have been very happy so far with the RX350 and with David's follow up to ensure everything is going well. We actually look forward to our first visit to the Park Place Lexus service department, because we expect the same great customer service there as well! More
