Great customer service. We bought our first Park Place car and as far as car buying goes, we had great experience. Jerry Hinson was very helpful, kind and patient. Also, the day I brought my car in to get my license plates and car wash. I had been there for a while and noticed that my car had been parked and appeared ready to go. I stood outside and when of the workers saw me standing there. Instead of walking by to get the next car coming in, he asked how he could help me. I told him my car was ready but had not gotten a call. He walked over in the stand where the keys were kept. Grabbed me key and got me on my way. I wish I had gotten his name, but he showed true customer service. More

Park Place Lexus was very quick to contact us and offer us a fantastic deal on a brand new Lexus ES 350. They met our price within hours and did not pressure us into spending a penny more than we needed to. We were actually contacted by both Park Place and Sewell and we chose Park Place not only because they are much closer but also because the reviews are so much better and they do not lie. This is the place to go if you want a new Lexus and definitely try for David Parks because he is an excellent salesman. He explained everything thoroughly and actually told us what things were necessary and what things were optional. We will definitely be coming here for all of our future Lexus cars. More

Top Notch Customer Service I was in the market for a new vehicle and happened to call Park Place Lexus Plano during close to closing hours to see if they had the vehicle I was I was in the market for a new vehicle and happened to call Park Place Lexus Plano during close to closing hours to see if they had the vehicle I was interested in viewing. Jimmy Bryan answered the phone. I explained what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay in. Jimmy could have easily blown me off but instead he immediately went to work. I immediately felt a sense of ease and comfort. Extremely professional and knows his stuff. He stayed in contact during and after the purchasing process but was not overbearing. Long story short, I got the exact car I wanted. I hate the car buying process but this was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle in a long time. Jimmy was delightful to work with. He has a very warm and inviting personality. The day I picked up my car, I was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
