KC listened to what I had been looking for and immediately showed me a 2016 CT200h with far less milage than anything I had seen. This car had 1/3 of the miles of any car I had shopped at a very comparable price. It has been five weeks since I purchased the car and I am still very happy with the deal KC worked for me. This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. More

Park Place has changed the whole paradigm of car buying. This is my third vehicle with Stephen Wedderburn and will not be my last. The whole process has been simplified so much so, that we handled it all via email and text. Not one phone call or visit. No hassle, great deal, stepped up on options and the communication was seamless and easy. They made sure I got the exact car I wanted with every option I requested. And if that wasn't enough, Patrick Jaccar went above and beyond to make sure the experience was special and he even over-delivered on a few options. It used to be that I dreaded the 'car-buying process' and now that's all changed. They have even arranged to deliver my cars from Plano all the way to Houston. And they take my trade-ins back to Plano as part of the transaction. Who does that? I've tried other dealers locally and they don't even compare. Park Place Lexus is a cut above the rest. If you're in the market for a Lexus, regardless of your location, check these guys out. You won't be disappointed. Good low pressure experience Kenneth asked what I was looking for, showed me what I wanted to see, even let me borrow the car I was looking at for the rest of the weekend. Entire transaction handled by Kenneth no handing off the financing folks etc. Very efficient, total time at dealership was much less than I've experienced in the past and did not face any of the "sales manager"'coming out to try and talk me into this and that I recall from past experiences.
