Adam R made this experience! I'd been contemplating an IS 350 or BMW 340 purchase for some time. That said, we'd done our due diligence and then some. On the day of our visit to Park Place, we'd test driven (back to back) both cars at another dealership. I'd actually (as a result of the test drives) chosen the BMW but wanted to give the Lexus one last shot before heading over to BMW. We made our way to Park Place and were paired with Adam. The receptionist actually mentioned another salesman however, the gentleman seemed either extremely busy or didn't have the time for us. Adam stepped in to help and we were absolutely happy that he did. Adam appealed to our needs and re-introduced me to my Lexus IS 350 F Sport... and I'm glad he did. Adam made the experience at Park Place unlike any other I've had at a dealer... he's a salesman (I get that) and his job is to sell cars however, our engagement was less about selling and more about getting to know each other (perhaps he was doing a bit of selling, lol). Either way, Adam was hands down the reason we purchased a car there... Would absolutely come back and purchase from Adam. More
