Gabriel is AMAZING!!! I just have to brag on Park Place Lexus, particularly my personal sales experience manager- Gabriel Delgado. I bought my car with him 8 months ago. He I just have to brag on Park Place Lexus, particularly my personal sales experience manager- Gabriel Delgado. I bought my car with him 8 months ago. He is so accommodating and takes such good care of me. I text or call him with all questions, concerns, or service appointments and he goes out of his way to make sure I am treated like VIP. He returns my messages immediately even when he is on vacation and/or not at work and arranges whatever I need. He really is fabulous! If anyone is looking to purchase a car (Lexus or other makes), I highly recommend Park Place and Gabriel Delgado. More

5 Stars for Brian Safianow! I cannot say enough great things about Brian. One of my co-workers referred me to Brian over a year ago. After a couple of conversations at that tim I cannot say enough great things about Brian. One of my co-workers referred me to Brian over a year ago. After a couple of conversations at that time, I just was not ready to let go of my 2004 IS. I kept Brian's last vmx in my phone for a year as I knew he would be the one I'd want to work with when the time was right. Well, 4 weeks ago I bit the bullet & purchased a 2015 NX. Brian has the patience of a saint!! I spent many hours with him trying to decide between a car or SUV. Love my NX & my entire experience at Park Place Plano. Thank you Brian! More

Forget the "Free car wash". When the car wash isn't working, which seems to be frequently, there is a 1 to 2 1/2 hour wait. I've gone to the Park Place Jaguar dealer and got it w When the car wash isn't working, which seems to be frequently, there is a 1 to 2 1/2 hour wait. I've gone to the Park Place Jaguar dealer and got it washed in 30 minutes. This Lexus location was built just a couple years ago. But they still only have 2 car washes, which is what they had at their old location. Logic would be that with a larger facility there would be more capacity for everything, including car washes. I guess the logic was to eliminate the "Free car washes". More
