Good Purchase Experience I had a very good sales/purchase experience at Park Place Lexus. My salesman, Naseem Mushtaq, was very professional, allowed me to drive the vehicle, I had a very good sales/purchase experience at Park Place Lexus. My salesman, Naseem Mushtaq, was very professional, allowed me to drive the vehicle, and did not pressure me to make any decisions. The experience was low key, as I would prefer from a higher end auto dealership. The actual transaction was smooth and easy. I was also impressed with the overall facility and the comforts of the customer waiting area. Everyone at the dealership has been very professional and nice. My only complaint, and the reason the dealer lost a star, is the terrible car wash situation. It is a long wait to have the car washed and they do not do a good job. More

OUTSTANDING experience!! I started my car hunt about a few months ago and had been going back and forth between the Ford Explorer and Nissan Murano. However, due to bad experiences/customer service at the other dealerships I've been to, my husband, who owns a Lexus GS 350, suggested we visit this dealership just to "look around". I was blown away at the service we received right when I walked in; everyone was very nice and approachable. Andrew referred me to Gabriel who was very courteous, helpful and knowledgable. He was very thorough in explaining everything and worked with my busy work schedule. I ended up purchasing the NX 200t and I'm very pleased with the car. The service I received here definitely helped make the choice a lot easier. More
