Prior to making the sale, Viktor took the time to speak with me whenever I had the time, which due to my work, was often during the evening hours when he certainly wasn't at work. I visited several dealerships while making my decision to purchase a vehicle, including multiple Lexus dealerships. It was only in Viktor that I found a salesmen that I felt had integrity beyond reproach. Someone that I could trust to help me make this type of purchase. It took 6 months to purchase a vehicle from Viktor because I tend to research every aspect of something before I buy. This has been a most pleasant journey for us and I must give credit where it"s due...Mr. Mark Dresselhuys. This gentleman has a been the most gracious, affable, kind salesperson I have ever known in the automobile business, bar none. He has ALWAYS gone the extra mile for me every time I show up and say "OK Mark, I need another car." He finds the best deal for me, even the time he suggested a new car for a little less than the two year old car I was looking at! I am just so pleased with his attention and care and his special "I can do that" attitude. Along with Mark, I applaud the Service Department and especially Mr. Nigel Loweth for their assistance and help along this journey. I continue to marvel at this very large dealership's ability to retain that "small community" presence in the midst of today's harrowing, busy, sometimes frantic schedules and work days...kudos to you Park Place Lexus, Plano!! To say that I was anxious about car shopping and buying would be an understateme I am a 74 year old single woman who has never bought a car on my own. To say that I was anxious about car shopping and buying would be an understatement. I had a bad experience a couple of months ago with a different dealership and was almost afraid to contact Park Place after finding a car I wanted to test drive on cars.com. I received a reply to my request almost immediately and arranged a time with Herb Simonsen,who accommodated me by coming in on his day off. He immediately put me at ease and never pressured me in any way. He just demonstrated all the features on the car and how to use them, explained fully the warranty and other relevant information. When all the paperwork was completed, he went over all the information with me again and made sure I completely understood my purchase as well as the operation of my car. It was a great experience and I confidently recommend Herb and Park Place. More
