We were even in a hurry (this was a last minute stop for us) and he was so accommodating to my family and I and valued our time. The overall experience at Park Place Lexus Plano was so great, the building is just phenomenal. I don't have one negative thing to say about my entire experience thus far and I know that I will be taken care of at Park Place. I even found my dream car with low mileage and a great price, they have such a large selection to choose from. If you're looking for a car look no further!! More

Although I live in Austin, I made sure to buy from Brian again because the three hour drive each way was worth it, knowing that I was dealing with someone knowlegable, fair, and trustworthy. Brian is very patient, and helpful. He makes what could potentially be a very stressful purchase experience into one that is enjoyable. And, even after driving off the lot, I know that Brian is easily accessible and available to answer any questions that I have. To anyone considering buying a Lexus, I highly recommend Brian. More

1st Time Lexus Purchase! My wife and I have always owned a van and with the kids out of the house, I wanted to get her a smaller, luxury SUV. We looked at Mercedes, Audi, Cad My wife and I have always owned a van and with the kids out of the house, I wanted to get her a smaller, luxury SUV. We looked at Mercedes, Audi, Cadillac and Lexus and both agreed that we preferred the Lexus. We also compared dealers, and Park Place by far was the most accommodating, helpful, patient, and competent dealer that we visited. We actually worked with two different sales people, Gabriel and Don, and they were professional and supportive of each other, which I found surprising. No competition between them, they both simply wanted my wife to get the car she wanted. The experience was actually pleasant, and how often can you say that about a car dealership! We'll definitely be back. More
