We detailed what we wanted and David set up a couple of test drives for us with the options we desired. He was attentive and very helpful in explaining the features of the NX as well as what our options were with the various packages. David has a clear understanding of the functionality of the NX and was able to clearly explain each function. His attention to detail and care to please the customer was outstanding! He answered all of our questions, placed us in a vehicle and quickly closed the deal with making us feel like we were more than just a customer. This was truly my best buying experience in my 50 years of driving. We have been working with Park Place Lexus for many years and have always been very happy with the service and support regardless of the type of visit we were making.
