Zane is awesome! This was our second Lexus purchase from Zane in the last 15 months. He was so great to deal with. I decided that I wanted to trade in my Cadillac so we walked into Park Place and left a couple of hours (lots of details to work out with my trade-in) later with a brand new car. I was given a great trade-in value and purchase price. He really respected my wishes regarding budget and extras for the car. I am so pleased with my purchase, the professionalism with which it was handled, and the fact that we had his full and undivided attention the entire time, unlike other car dealer experiences. We will continue to buy from Zane! In regards to our first purchase with him last summer, the ongoing care that we receive from him after the car is bought is absolutely 5-star.
