My Experience with David Parks Over the weekend I had the pleasure of meeting David Parks after setting up on appointment online. My goal was to bring my wife and take a look at the IS-350C as there were only a few left. We were torn by the idea of waiting until the 2016 models or just “looking” at inventory to get a feel for the vehicles performance. While searching through inventory, David constantly demonstrated a profound level of technical and layperson expertise when it came answering questions from myself and my wife. David found a vehicle which met my expectations and we took it for a test drive and both my wife and I felt comfortable with David’s expertise in describing the 350 C vs 250 and the features which we were interested in. We decided to purchase the vehicle as is and that’s when David’s additional “Financial skills” steered us to a better deal which was easy for so easy to understand that it was a “no brainer”. David has a true gift and we hope he continues his success at Park Place so we can see him in January when the 2016 vehicles arrive. More

I am astonished at how I am being treated as a customer I got a 2015 is 250 a few months back everything was fine and dandy as I was in the buying process and I loved my car however the transmission started I got a 2015 is 250 a few months back everything was fine and dandy as I was in the buying process and I loved my car however the transmission started failing and needed to be replaced might I remind you the car only had 30 miles on it when I purchased the vehicle with that being said once I was told it already needed a new transmission all they offered was to replace it under warranty. I don't know about you but me purchasing a brand new vehicle I don't want a new vehicle that has already needed a new transmission. I cant believe this is how LEXUS does business I feel completely disgusted as a customer with Lexus and I have been thrown from manager to manager with no resolution Lexus corporate will not even participate in this terrible situation I used to love Lexus I even traded in a Lexus and now its a nightmare. More
