Professional and Amazing Daniel was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. To start I brought my IS in for maintenance and ended looking into an RX. There was Daniel was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. To start I brought my IS in for maintenance and ended looking into an RX. There was no pressure on anything, it was simply a great conversation about what I was looking for in my car and reasons why I was wanting/needing an SUV. But not only that Daniel works with you on a personal level to make sure he understands exactly what your expecting your car to look like... we got everything worked out and had to have mine shipped over from another dealership to be tinted and rim's etc. When I got the call and my car was ready It was absolutely stunning and exactly what I was envisioning when I went in for pick up. He made it such a great a experience I would for sure be back in a heart beat when it is time for another... but seeing as about a month after my partner decided to get a new IS after our experience with the RX. Simple I recently took my car in for an oil change and routine service. Gabriel reached out to me via text introducing himself saying he noticed I had taken a test drive the year before. He asked if I was still interested in a new (for me) car. Since I was going out of town, he emailed me a bunch of options based on our discussion. We were able to wrap up the entire deal via text messages. All I had to do was show up Monday morning and sign the paperwork. I did not have to sit in the dealership waiting for their best offer and spend a massive amount of time negotiating.
