Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The car I selected wasn't yet made and took about a month for it to get assembled and delivered to Park Place. Adam kept me up to date on the status and was equally excited as I was for my car to arrive. He responded to all my questions very promptly and never kept me waiting! To me, the fact Mark has Just bought my second car from Mark at Park Place Lexus of Plano. That is saying a lot since I keep my cars for 6-10 years. To me, the fact Mark has stayed with the same dealership that long says a lot. Sales is by nature, very transient. Sales folks in all industries bounce around quite a bit. Mark sold me a Lexus ES350 in 2007 and just sold me a Lexus ES300 Hybrid Saturday (August 2015). He kept in touch over the years and when I finally was ready, he made me a good deal. Love the fact he has succeeded with Park Place this long and has been as loyal to Lexus as an employee as I have as a customer. By the way, the fact his product lasts 8 years tells you something else! I fully recommend Mark as a great person to deal with. More
