Best experience ever! I've had many car buying experiences and I will say Thanks to Jerry! I'm a Park Place customer for life. I called in route 40 minutes before closing I've had many car buying experiences and I will say Thanks to Jerry! I'm a Park Place customer for life. I called in route 40 minutes before closing. He answer my list of questions in route to dealership, met me upon arrival and test drove the car of my dreams. Stayed past closing and got everything prepped for a next day finalizing and pick up. Jerry was prompt, professional and most of all very personable. He and Jordan in Technology even went the extra mile, Jerry new I had little children. Took the time (without request) to research/show me out to lock out rear console controls if needed from little hands :). This to me shows, I was not just a sale, I was family. No pressure, just and outstanding buying experience! Without Jerry this day wouldn't have been as exciting as it was! More

non existent help from service advisor joaquin alonso defective navigation upgrade. service advisor joaquin alonso contacted by phone with message left x4 and had NO response at all. had to use email to b defective navigation upgrade. service advisor joaquin alonso contacted by phone with message left x4 and had NO response at all. had to use email to bring problem to dealer attention. Dealship not interested in providing any help. told me to take up issue with Lexus corporation. UPDATE: 7/31/2015 spoke with rod moreno who was very apologetic about the above incident. he assured me this was not the way park place lexus deals with customer problems. we basically resolved the issue and i would now feel comfortable going back to dealership. mr. moreno stated that i could call him directly for any problems and gave me the name of his top service advisor. i'm now satisfied with resolution. More

Above and Beyond! Jerry recently helped me get into the car of my dreams. The best experience ever with Brian Brian and Greg the parts director completely went out of there way to make my experience incredible. They did things for me no other sales person and manager would do and this was over a several month time of ordering a new RCF. I have never had anyone ever go to the extent they did to help me. I will never buy from another person other than Brian. The best part everyone I worked with at park place are good people and they care and it's not based on how much money they make on you. If you want the best I would recommend without question going to see Brian at Park place . More

Absolutely incredible service! I don’t even know where to start! My entire experience with Lexus Park Place- Plano was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere and staff was extremely w I don’t even know where to start! My entire experience with Lexus Park Place- Plano was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere and staff was extremely welcoming; immediately I knew I came to the right dealership. Our sales consultant, Gabriel was incredibly helpful from the beginning. My previous car, unfortunately, was no longer drivable without replacing the entire engine! After hearing the unbearable news from the Service department, Gabriel did undeniably everything he could to help me search for the perfect replacement. Understanding my financial situation, Gabriel was able to find me something affordable and meeting my request on the monthly payments. He went well beyond my previous car-buying experience and stay connected throughout the entire process. Gabriel worked around my hectic schedule throughout the week, called/emailed/text, whatever the best line communication was, he was there to help answer all my questions and concerns. The whole process lasted an entire week! Imagine a week long of not having a car to drive with a 40+ hour work schedule! Lexus Park Place-Plano was able to provide me a loaner up till the moment I drove my new purchase out of the lot! With the utmost sincerity, I don’t think I would be able to handle the news of my old car and the thought of buying a replacement (pre-owned) without Lexus Park Place-Plano. I love my car!
