But we felt that it was important to say something about the excellent service received from the manager Patrick Jaccar. He provided personal service to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were happy with our purchase. He also ensured we knew what our options were for the different models and did not rush us. However, our time was still spent efficiently. We purchased a 2014 ES300h. This experience was much better than our first purchase, and it was due to Patrick. We were disappointed that salesman, for the first car we purchased originally, made a disappointing comment about the car we chose. We assumed this was due to the fact we did not go through him for the second purchase and that is addressed in a seperate survey so that it does not detract from the individuals that gave us excellent service. Brian Martin in service definitely also deserves recognition. He is a very loyal and dedicated employee, always with a smile on his face and an easy going personality. Brian always has time when there is a question and makes sure we are completely satisfied. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the car is perfect. He makes it actually a pleasure to go through the service area. More

Excellent Experience We were looking for a new vehicle. Since our son owns a Lexus, he suggested that we consider at least looking at one. He had previously met Don Mitchell, so we met with Don and expressed an interest in the GX460. From that point on, this has become the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Don is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. We did purchase the GX460 and have been very pleased. Don worked with us in getting a reasonable price on our vehicle, which made our purchase possible. Park Place is tops as for as we are concerned. More

Great experiene from walking in to driving home the car I walked into Park Place Lexus and did not know anyone at the dealership. The receptionist introduced me to Don Mitchell. From the beginning, Don was extremely helpful in not only getting me the best price for my new LX570, but he also went out of his way to make the purchase process as easy as possible. Even after we purchased the car, the service continued. They brought the plates to our home and picked up the car to install window tint.
