Well I show no credit..but Adam worked diligently to get me approved and got me monthly payments that were within my budget.. The process took about four hours.. The thing I appreciated the most about Adam was his kindness and calm demeanor. I was a bit nervous but he was always positive and calm. Fast and Efficient Buying Process Very quick and painless experience. I had an offer from another dealership in the DFW area so I decided to call Lexus Plano to see if they could beat Very quick and painless experience. David picked up the phone and within 5 minutes he said that they would be able to beat it. I drove up to Plano close to closing time and was surprised when they were actually able to beat the offer I had. Within a couple hours we were able to finish all the paper work and I had completed the purchase of the car. David was very patient the entire time even though this was past their sales hours. If I had to be nit picky about this experience is that the car they found me had a spoiler on it even though I didn't want it. They did however discount the spoiler after some negotation. Overall this was a good experience and David was a good salesman. More
