Adam & Park Place is the best! I was looking to purchase a Lexus IS250 and went to Adam based on a friend's referral after my friend's positive experience with Park Place and Adam. I was looking to purchase a Lexus IS250 and went to Adam based on a friend's referral after my friend's positive experience with Park Place and Adam. My experience was no different. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The car I selected wasn't yet made and took about a month for it to get assembled and delivered to Park Place. Adam kept me up to date on the status and was equally excited as I was for my car to arrive. He responded to all my questions very promptly and never kept me waiting! I'm so excited to have my car (she's so beautiful!), and part of that excitement comes from having this relationship with Adam and Park Place. I look forward to the continued relationship with them as I enjoy and take care of my car. They really make me feel like they care about me and my satisfaction. :) I won't hesitate to recommend Park Place to any of my friends. More

To me, the fact Mark has Just bought my second car from Mark at Park Place Lexus of Plano. That is saying a lot since I keep my cars for 6-10 years. To me, the fact Mark has stayed with the same dealership that long says a lot. Sales is by nature, very transient. Sales folks in all industries bounce around quite a bit. Mark sold me a Lexus ES350 in 2007 and just sold me a Lexus ES300 Hybrid Saturday (August 2015). He kept in touch over the years and when I finally was ready, he made me a good deal. Love the fact he has succeeded with Park Place this long and has been as loyal to Lexus as an employee as I have as a customer. By the way, the fact his product lasts 8 years tells you something else! I fully recommend Mark as a great person to deal with. More

I called in route 40 minutes before closing I've had many car buying experiences and I will say Thanks to Jerry! I'm a Park Place customer for life. I called in route 40 minutes before closing. He answer my list of questions in route to dealership, met me upon arrival and test drove the car of my dreams. Stayed past closing and got everything prepped for a next day finalizing and pick up. Jerry was prompt, professional and most of all very personable. He and Jordan in Technology even went the extra mile, Jerry new I had little children. Took the time (without request) to research/show me out to lock out rear console controls if needed from little hands :). This to me shows, I was not just a sale, I was family. No pressure, just and outstanding buying experience! Without Jerry this day wouldn't have been as exciting as it was! More
