A DIFFICULT DECISION MADE EASY I did not plan to buy a vehicle when we stopped by your dealership. I wanted to look at a Lexus IS that was black with black interior. Sean (he met us as we came in) took us directly to one and as I suspected, it was just too small a car for us. Sean said, "Let me show you an ES. I think that may be more what you are looking for". I fell in love with it immediately. It was exactly what I wanted. I was a little nervous because I had not done any research on that type vehicle and did not know what to expect as far as book values. Sean pulled up all that information on his computer for us to view. His price was fair and he made our purchase so easy. He offered us refreshments and showed us around your beautiful dealership while we waited on paperwork. We had a wonderful experience and now we know where to purchase our next vehicle. Viktor's excellence at customer service was seconded by Kendall, our finance manager. Kendall made my wife and I felt as though we were at home, and not at the usual stressful environment a car dealer finance manager office makes you feel. He really went above and beyond and I will highly recommend him in the future. Compared to BMW across the street, Park Place blew them out of the water and made if very easy for me to buy a Lexus!
