Of the 43 automobiles and trucks I bought for business and personal use this was by far the best I have ever had. Only 3.5 hours from start to drive off. Clean car waiting for me, paperwork completed when I got to Park Place. My wife complicated matters by changing colors, but that didn't trip Steve up. 15 minutes later he had our car clean and waiting for us. The only wait was for a finance manager Jason Saba to finish with his other customer and in 10 minutes of work and 30 minutes of general talk I was out the door. That also included a 10 minute talk with GM to express my thanks for putting together a great team that made this possible. In contrast at the same time I bought a Ford F150 with the usual tug of war and lies associated with buying a car. None of that at Park Place. More

He was pleasant and made every effort to be sure I knew all about the hybrid mechanism before I left the dealership. The accounting manager was great too and had everything all set up. No waiting on these guys, they had it all together. Once I I told Michael exactly what I wanted he immediately begin to get right to gathering the necessary information and kept me informed through each step. I recommend the dealership due to this sales person, he is an asset to Park Place. Most pleasant experience ever in purchasing an automobile. This is the way car buying should be.
