We were in Texas visiting my son and decided to look for a preowned vehicle because of the vast selections in the area. After an online search revealed two cars available at Park Place, we chose to go chec a preowned vehicle because of the vast selections in the area. After an online search revealed two cars available at Park Place, we chose to go check them out. We were met immediately by Herb Simonsen and shown nothing but friendliness, respect, and helpfulness throughout the entire several hours it took to be shown every detail of the Lexus, take it for a test drive, and go through the process of purchasing. Herb made us feel comfortable and went to great lengths to help us understand the operation of the various components of the car. You see, we had driven the same car for 14 years; one with no whistles or bells and were, therefore, not familiar with many things. The financial agent used was Chad and his assistance was very invaluable and impressive. Overall, we were made to feel quite at home at Park Place. To help me with my doubts, on day one of my visit Stanley spent a few hours showing me used cars of all types, and then he invited me over to view new cars just in case they might appeal to me. I was then and still now remain impressed with Stanley's patience and above all, KNOWLEDGE of the products and services available. Armed with lots of good information, I was able to leave the lot (with no sales pressure exerted -- Yay!) to take time to make a choice. Stanley informed and helped me so well that I returned on day two with a comfortable decision of what was best for me. I ended up in a lease for a brand new BEAUTIFUL 2014 IS 250, and I couldn't be happier. I am very thankful to Stanley for all his help. I believe you have a gem in this young man as a team member. Kelli is very helpful and patient. She and her colleagues helped us to get through the process very smoothly and also provided some advise on the financing. She cares about the customer very much, and is very friendly. For the car itself, the particular one that I am purchasing (pre-owned) is in great condition. I like the fact that I've had a good deal on this purchase as the prices is lower compared to offerings from other dealers for the same model with similar configurations. Honestly, I did heard some comments about the arrogance for the dealership, but this is not my experience. I enjoy the purchasing experience and love the people there. More
