My experience with Jimmy Bryan couldn't have been more amazing. From the initial greeting to the test Drive Jimmy couldn't have been more informative, helpful or courteous! His knowledge of the car was phenomenal and at no time did I feel like I was being dealt with by the proverbial "Car Salesman". Jimmy took care of all aspects of the sale in the most professional manor and at a certain point I almost felt like I was part of the Park Place Family! I went to Finance where Kendall was professional and very insightful on his products. I bought the extended warranty, as I plan to keep the car for many years. The thing that impressed me the most with Kendall, was the honesty and integrity he showed when I asked if there was any better deal to be gotten with regard to financing the car. Obviously he had given the 2.99% that Lexus had to offer, which was a good rate. But when asked, and I'm sure he would have liked to retain the loan for his company, he told me with my Credit score he could get me a lower rate with Bank of America. This gave me a good feeling that he cared about his clients and help insure that I would return again! Ultimately we finished the deal at around 9:00pm. I was staying at a nearby hotel. Jimmy came to hotel so I could drop off my wife as she was exhausted, and he proceeded to spend the next two hours with me showing me how everything in the car worked. From the Nav to the Radio, From the headlight washers to the automatic trunk closer he tried to leave no stone unturned. I don't believe there are 1% of the car salesmen in America that would have given that kind of customer service!! Jimmy then proceeded to give me both of his phone numbers, and told me not to hesitate to call him at any time if I had any questions on the car. In February of 2013 I came to Park Lexus after multiple email conversations with other Lexus dealers. I sent my wants & needs list to them and Anish was the one that replied back with the most respect and email conversations with other Lexus dealers. After meeting with Anish, I had a few questions and not only did he answer every single one of them but in addition, he also answered some that I never asked but should have. He was straightforward with the whole deal from my old 1999 ES300 trade-in to the purchase of my wife's 2013 ES350 - which was a surprise Valentine's Day gift to her. I recently came back in December of 2013 to inquire about another trade-in for another purchase or even possibly a lease. Anish once again provided me with both the pros & cons of purchase vs. leasing. He made sure I got the best trade-in value for my old Infiniti SUV. The decision to lease the new 2014 RX350 was a very comfortable one for me. Overall, the experience I've had so far with Anish & the family of Park Lexus have been above and beyond my expectation. A warm and friendly Viktor Koleychik greeted us with a smile and we immediately felt a connection. After a friendly chat, he took us to the lot to see a car…an ES350. I was instantly in love with the car! We had been to a number of dealerships on Saturday and we felt stressed from the experience. Our stress dissipated as Viktor talked to us about the car. The more we heard, the more we felt at ease, and the peaceful surroundings added to our calmness. As it was late, we called it a day and headed home, but not before I told Viktor the color car I would love to be driving. On Tuesday, we got a call from Viktor and went in to meet with him. Within a short time, I was shown my car still covered in plastic. I knew it was the one…even though I had not even taken a test drive! Not an hour later, I was the proud owner-lesee of a beautiful Lexus ES350. I took delivery on Friday, January 17. Viktor, Nicole Roshto and everyone at Lexus made us feel like VIPs. The whole experience was a special one. Today, Tuesday, January 21, Chelsea Fluegel arrived at my home to help with the technology in the car. I felt cared for as she patiently and diligently explained everything to me. This has been a truly great experience. My heart flutters whenever I see my new Lexus and it is a thrill to drive.
