Even when I drifted, he pulled me back in! His ability to provide models that fit the numbers I COULD WORK WITH was VERY impressive! His knowledge of each car we looked at was exceptional. The features, accessories and warranty information, of each one, he had it all under control! He even gave me the numbers for my purchase within a few dollars, BEFORE the final numbers were worked up! His personality is great for dealing with people. He helped me unload my items from the old car to the new one. He followed up the next business day to seeif there were any question and invited my wife and I to call him or come by the dealership and he would address them. And we will! We drove from Austin ,Texas to complete a deal with Tony Acosta, only to be handed off to another salesperson, Pat Vannozzi, without warning once we arrived in Dallas. If we had been warned ahead of time that Tony was not able to work with us, we would have postponed our trip. This was our third purchase from Park Place Lexus and we will not be purchasing any autos from this dealership in the future. We experienced incompetence in the form of; lack of advanced gathering of information, and incorrect information on printed forms due to salesman errors. Due to salesman incompetence, the process took several hours and should have been much more streamlined with a more competent sales person. KENDALL in the finance department was very very good to deal with, the only stable person in the sales experience. We own 5 different Lexus automobiles and have been a Lexus costumer since 1994. Worst Lexus experience ever. More
