Robert and the entire staff at Park Place were friendly, helpful and professional in their dealings with me. I had visited them before this sale to see their selection of vehicles and there was NO pressure helpful and professional in their dealings with me. Dealings were fair, respectful (no making you feel like they have all the power and you have none), and very straight forward (no running to a sales manager for approvals, no intense haggling although a little is to be expected). Based on my research, I felt I got a great deal (although it IS the end of the model year). The purchase itself was done very professionally, although it took longer than I would have liked, nearly an hour and a half, to get all the paperwork prepared for me to sign. I haven't taken the car in for any service, only 3 weeks old, so can't comment on their service but a friend raves about how they take care of her and her car, so I'm expecting the same service when I do take it in. To get there together we looked at the 6 key variables of the potential transaction. We all pushed the variables to limits and gave birth to the best alternative which resulted in the deal. Well, I thought it was fun and fresh to not be so focused on the gamesmanship of buying/selling a vehicle but rather each other's mutual needs. And the approach resolved our problem and helped you resolve part of yours. I will remember this and will be back to do more problem solving with you again. It is very humorous to me.
