And I certainly love my RX350! I also enjoyed Chelsea Fluegel the technology person. I think it is a very good idea to have a person like this to ask questions of. I had a stupid question - I was used to seeing the compass on my mirror and driving through construction areas on my way to Ft. Worth just a couple of days after I bought the car I couldn't find the compass. I put in a call to Chelsea and she answered my question in less than a minute.
