My experience with Darren Smith and Park Place was great! Darren was very informative and down to earth as he worked with my wife and I on our purchase of a Lexus vehicle. Also, during our first visit we had an issue with one of our current vehicle, and Darren and staff came out in the cold to assist. We eventually needed to get the car towed to a mechanic, and Park Place gave us a loaner Lexus RX to drive for the weekend. We did not promise to buy a vehicle at this point, but they still were very willing to help us which allowed us to finish our evening without going home and getting our other car. We bought the Lexus ES and the buying process was very smooth. I always felt that Darren was working for us to get us what we wanted. I would recommend Darren and Park Place to anyone!!! More

Not one problem was encountered and I had an appointment with a specialist the next week to program my garage door opener so that worked seamlessly. Then I had an appointment for my window's to be tinted and a loaner car to my liking was ready. I felt like I was driving a luxury car and was treated like a valued customer which is more than I can say for other dealerships. I have always felt "special and valued" at Park Place Lexus and wouldn't think of buying any other car (I LOVE my RX 350) and certainly not from any other dealer than Park Place. They are the best!
