Brian Safianow was our sales consultant and we could not have been more pleased in our dealings with him. He was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the product. We felt very comfortable dealing with him and never felt any pressure from him. Because of Brian and his diligence to get a good price, my wife is now driving a 2013 ES 350. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he made the car buying experience a pleasant one. He has since followed up several times to make sure everything was good with the car. Toward the end of September, I stopped by the new Park Place Lexus dealership in Plano to both look at their inventory and explore the possibility of trading for a new vehicle. Even though we owned a rel Place Lexus dealership in Plano to both look at their inventory and explore the possibility of trading for a new vehicle. Even though we owned a relatively new luxury car, my wife was not pleased with the overall comfort and the cabin noise was excessive. Once entering the dealership, I was greeted by Richard Spotts, sales associate, and he asked how he could be of assistance. After briefly describing the situation to him and telling him of the vehicle of interest, he identified two meeting the specifications we requested, and I scheduled a time for him to meet with me and my wife the next day. Since we had identified cabin noise and comfort as two concerns with the vehicle we owned at the time, he asked my wife to take an extended test drive on a variety of road surfaces without the audio system being turned on. He explained the features of the car and once we returned, my wife was highly complimentary of both the comfort and quietness. We then sat down to discuss the next steps. In less than an hour, we had reached agreement on the trade-in and purchase prices. Since the vehicle we purchased was not onsite, we scheduled the pick-up at a later time. When the vehicle arrived and was prepped, Richard spent almost two hours with my wife and me explaining the features of the car in detail and walked her through the operational processes. He is an extremely patient teacher and makes the customer feel at ease. We left the dealership feeling very good about the car chosen and the Park Place experience. While at the dealership, Richard introduced us to Tyler Hall, our service advisor, and Kendall Richards was a pleasure to work with as well. Richard has made a follow-up call since the transaction and has been insistent that we contact him with any questions whatsoever. Mr. Spotts was a pleasure to work with throughout, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering the purchase of a Lexus. More
