I’ve been searching Lexus 11 IS-F for a while in Houston and it’ll be my first lexus but none shows up except for one in Lexus Plano in Dallas. I contacted the dealer online and Herb Simonsen contacted me b and it’ll be my first lexus but none shows up except for one in Lexus Plano in Dallas. I contacted the dealer online and Herb Simonsen contacted me back and we talked on the phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell right away he’s one of the seniors in the dealer. Fast forward one week, we agreed on the price in the email without looking at the car because I knew I could trust him. Then I booked the ticket that night and flew to Dallas to pick up the car. When I saw the car, I found a few minor stuff on the car (hey, it’s used). It’s not his fault but he went a few extra miles to get the deal done! He even stayed to show me all the tricks in the car after the deal was done. Now that’s a professional salesman! Now the dealer, it’s one of the biggest and nicest dealer I’ve been to. One of the factors that will bring me back to this dealer is they don’t rip you off like other dealers in my experience ( at least in Houston). Check out the fees when you sign the deal, I was surprised how little it was compared to Houston. I’ll be back!! More
