My experience was exceptional. Anthony was great from the moment I walked in the dealership. He answered all my questions. He new a lot about the car I was interested in purchasing. Followed up with me again with no pressure. He gave me some numbers they worked and he said great you can pick your car up on Friday. I go in on Friday and he is there waiting for me again very helpful very confident. Then off I went to the business office and was not looking forward to that and it was great again no pressure just nice, friendly customer service. I have had to call Anthony with a question about my car and he responds very quickly. I will highly recommend friends and family. I approached my sales person with my buying expectations up front. He listened first. Herb then found a car that fit my buying parameters and simply presented it to me. I purchased a used car that was not very expensive but they treated me the respect of a large purchaser. Herb then delivered me to the Finance office and Nicole. This again is an area I dreaded. Nicole was in constant contact with me through the process answered all my questions and much to my amazment, when I entered her office it was exactly what she told me. I purchased a pre-owned Lexus RX350 at the end of June. Taylor Garrett was recommended and I understand why. The car buying experience has never been something I look forward to. However, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I have purchased three new cars in the past at other dealerships and leased two. Not only did Taylor find the perfect car and everything I wanted and more...his customer service/professionalism/knowledge of the cars surpassed salesperson I have EVER experienced anywhere. Mr. Garrett is very thorough, and really worked hard to assist me. He also took my leased car (a Nissan) and took care of everything. As it was time for finance, something I was dreaded buying a car, I was so fortunate to work with Mr. Voss too, in finance. He was exceptional. His professionalism, customer service, and kindness were terrific. I then went back to have a minor scratch fixed. Again, another great experience. Mr. Chris Collins, Sales Manager, introduced himself and gave me two options of how the "minor" scratch could be fixed. I was truly blown away as this scratch was minuscule. He was so knowledgable and professional and explained what the process would be. I stayed at the dealership and when all said and done, the car looked great. Just yesterday, I went to ask a simple question about my license plate frame. I approached and noticed Taylor was with a customer so went to the service area and came in contact with Dylan. Again, great service and went to get me another frame. As he walked over to my car, a salesperson by the name of Scott came out another door with a drill and begin taking off my old frame to replace it. I was so impressed as I had only seen Scott when I purchasing my car with Taylor. For a salesperson to come out, stop whatever they were doing and assist his peer in another department really had an impact. He was so nice as he knew Dylan was busy in service. I cannot thank the Park Place "team" enough. It is a great feeling to know and trust a car dealership as all other dealers would never treat you in these ways. It has always been, once you buy the car...your on your own in service, with questions, etc. The Park Place team holds their customers in high regard. I now know why this dealership is well known and will definitely send others to Park Place Lexus. Corporate Lexus should be proud to have an amazing team working on their brand.
