I have purchased several vehicles from Park Place Lexus and saw no reason to shop anywhere else. I drive a Lexus product, but I have purchsed other model pre-owned and found the service and professionalism and saw no reason to shop anywhere else. I had been looking for a Ford F250 Super Duty for a few months, knew exactly what I wanted when I saw the 2008 Ford Super Duty listed on their website I sent an inquiry e-mail at 10:30 in the evening, by 7 months, knew exactly what I wanted when I saw the 2008 Ford Super Duty listed on their website I sent an inquiry e-mail at 10:30 in the evening, by 7:15 the next morning Kelli Hansen called me on her way into the dealership. She was going to check if the truck was still on the lot and call me back. The truck was on the lot and she called me back, we negotiated a deal over the phone. She arranged for financing through the dealership which beat my banks financing. We did all the paperwork and made arrangements through phone calls and emails. I flew down the end of the week and met Kelli at the dealership. We completed the paperwork and I was on my way back to Kansas in no time at all driving the truck I wanted and had been looking for. Kelli is SUPER to deal with, just a wonderful person, made me feel right at home. She called me a few days after the sale to see how everything was going with the vehicle. I didn't expect that at all. She cares about her customers is fair and honest and works to get you the best deal. She was able to make it a one stop shop for my purchase. So If your in the market for a vehicle you need to call Kelli, she is awesome to deal with. I will be shopping for another car for our family in the near future and I am going to look at what Kelli's dealership has to offer and see if I can make another awesome deal. I'm sure if I called her and told her what I wanted she would have it located for me in no time at all. More

After finding several vehicles in our range that suited our needs I contacted ~12 dealerships and requested information about their vehicles for sale, via email. Herb Simonson was not only the first to reply, but is included in the 30% who actually replied by email (as requested) with all of the information requested. Herb and I spoke over the phone and set up a time for me to visit in the same day. At the dealership Herb introduced me to Pat Vannozzi with whom I completed the purchase. Pat was honest, straightforward, courteous and most importantly, not pushy or rushed. We discussed options that met my needs and provided information (carfax, service records, etc...) without me having to ask for it. Pat had my trade-in evaluated, and gave it back to me within 30 minutes without me even having to suggest bodily harm as an alternative negotiating tactic! Almost any dealership I've visited (Mitsubishi and Toyota - not to name names) should take a page out of this man's book. I concluded the purchase with Chad Voss, who laid out the options in clear, reasonably priced options, which we selected and concluded in under an hour. The rate was favorable, the paperwork easy to understand and the man delivering it efficient and personable. This dealership will be my first option the next time I am looking for a vehicle. We prefer the Lexus brand for my wife's vehicle because it is luxurious, dependable and most owners take excellent care of them. Rainer and I had this very conversation and even as I was discussing this with him, having never met him before (and I was 250+ miles away) I was somewhat concerned as to whether my trip up would be wasted. I asked for pictures of the vehicle we were talking about and had multiple phone calls as well. Bottom line was that Rainer did a fabulous job of translating my desires to his inventory and then went further by properly representing it's condition and repairing a few things that he knew were easy and would enhance the car's appearance. My last purchase was from Sewell Lexus, so I went there first. However, I ended up meeting with Rainer later that afternoon. I will be honest, I thoroughly enjoyed my purchasing experience with Rainer and Park Place. They made the process simple like it should be, did what they said they would do and followed up frequently. I will return for an LS 460 in a couple of years and I will buy one from Rainer, his attention to detail and integrity as well as the overall Park Place experience have a made a new customer of me. Anish was not only friendly, helpful, and professional, he was straight forward, and the entire sales process was transparent. Nothing was hidden. Everything was put on paper. Our only real surprise was the uncompromising excellent customer service that was provided, a level we had not previously experienced at other dealerships. As an example, after taking the vehicle home, a technician (David Anton) came out to our house to show us how to use some of the vehicle’s more high tech features.
