Park Place Lexus Plano

I went into Park Place to check out the ES. I met Ty Estes who was very friendly and laid back which is the way I would describe myself, so we got along great. I actually was looking at the ES because that is what I thought I could afford. While I was there I found by looking at Edmunds.com that they were having great lease deals on the GS. Ty had me drive the GS to see how I liked it. I was in love (car not Ty). Ty was very informative and helpful without being pushy or even asking me to come in his office "to talk". That was great because I probably would not have come back. Long story short, I emailed Ty to start the negotiations on my dream car. He was very responsive again without being pushy. He satisfied all my requirements and quickly got me to a number that I did not think possible. I was really amazed that I could afford such a beautiful luxury automobile. I was driving away a happy camper within two to three days of my initial visit. On the way home from picking up my car I noticed a very faint rattle coming from the passenger. The next day on my way to work I noticed again. It was not a big deal but I emailed Ty about it. Within an hour, he personally drove to my work to pick up my new car, leaving a Lexus loaner in it's place. He had it diagnosed and returned to me, rattle free by early afternoon. It has been quiet, smooth sailing since. I normally HATE dealing with car dealers but this was by far the best experience of my car buying life. I would even call it pleasant. More

I visited Park Place Lexus April of 2013. Scott Miller was very helpfull and we never felt pressured during the whole process. We ended up taking the car home for the night as a demo and came back the ne was very helpfull and we never felt pressured during the whole process. We ended up taking the car home for the night as a demo and came back the next day to complete paperwork. The process was so painless I almost forgot I was buying a car! Also, the manager of finance ( forget her name) was a Saint. She worked with the lenders to get us the best rate the next day. I've had one or two small warranty issues pop up but they have all been resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Park Place and am looking forward to their move up north to the new dealership! Will absolutely purchase our next vehicle here and we will come see Scott Miller! More
