My experience with this dealership was actually not in person ,which as one knows, can be kind of risque when making such a large purchase. I was in search of the best deal for a brand new Lexus ES for my person ,which as one knows, can be kind of risque when making such a large purchase. I was in search of the best deal for a brand new Lexus ES for my father which meant searching every single Lexus Dealership I could until I found the right deal/fit. This seemed to be taking ages until I happened to be connected to Greg Ebenholtz at Park Place Lexus in Plano,TX. Greg made me feel comfortable from the start to work with him. He listened to what I was looking for along with the price I was searching for. It seemed he worked tirelessly to making things happen. He was able to make me a wonderful deal & never once in the process EVER pushing the sale. The most impressive thing about Greg is not only did he thoroughly check making sure all the paperwork was sent to my father & even helped me handle the shipping details ,but he called thereafter to make sure he was happy with his car followed by a few days later that he'd made an appointment with my father to talk him through setting up the new devices in the car. He absolutely went above & beyond so much so that I found myself in a position to buy a vehicle & naturally wanted to make sure he helped me. He again went above & beyond to help me. Greg is the type of person who cares a great deal for his customers making them a priority never once making them feel as if they must buy something from him, which almost every other sales man seems to do. Greg understands what it means to have rapport with his customers to which I am grateful for. Greg takes his job personally not as a job really but a means to help take care of people. With Greg you can rest assure you will not only be getting a fantastic vehicle but service beyond a purchase. I can honestly say I've never seen someone in such a position work so tirelessly to helping others. You will not be disappointed that's for sure. I could go on & on but I'm hopeful I've done my part to thank him for all the service he has done for my family. We were already favoring buying a Lexus, and wanted to purchase a loaner or some other slightly used automobile that was essentially a new vehicle with low mileage. We did visit another unrelated dealership the next morning after having visited with Eric Lu one afternoon, just for the sake of looking around although we were just about sold with the Park Place presentation. When we returned the next day after visiting another dealer, it happened to be Mr. Lu's day off, and we were helped in our continuing search by Pat Vannozzi. What especially pleased us about Mr. Vannozzi was his knowledge of the physics behind the design of the Lexus cars. The two salesmen were superior in many if not all respects, yet actually complemented each other in their presentations of the Lexus vehicle. Both are fine gentlemen with a gracious manner. They listen to what you want. They are patient and not pushy. They are gracious and have a sense of humor. They are knowledgeable of the vehicle, and are eager to help the buyer become acquainted with the various features of the new car, especially with the new technology. We cannot say enough good things about our experience, and were pleased to know that Park Place Lexus is there and eager to help with service of our car. A surprise feature is that we will get free car washes as long as we own the vehicle. We had purchased a new Lexus from this dealership about ten years ago, and did go back because we had been pleased with the previous purchase. More

Park Place Lexus Plano and Anthony Grant were very good to work with. On my previous lease, we used another dealer and the service level was not near as good as we had received in the past from Park Place to work with. Anthony Grant worked very hard to fine the vehicle we wanted in the short time we had to finalize the deal. His price was better than offered from the “competitor” Lexus dealership and the followup was great. That coupled with the better service experiences we have had with Park Place Lexus in the past made the decision an easy one. In searching for a new car, we traveled to the Dallas area. We were about to buy a car at another dealership when we found the same car with less miles & a newer year model at a cheaper price at Park Pla area.
