I visited Park Place Lexus April of 2013. Scott Miller was very helpfull and we never felt pressured during the whole process. We ended up taking the car home for the night as a demo and came back the ne was very helpfull and we never felt pressured during the whole process. Also, the manager of finance ( forget her name) was a Saint. She worked with the lenders to get us the best rate the next day. I've had one or two small warranty issues pop up but they have all been resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Park Place and am looking forward to their move up north to the new dealership! Will absolutely purchase our next vehicle here and we will come see Scott Miller! More

The park place lexus website is great- I kind of knew what car I was I tested in seing. Was greeted at reception by Kim who patiently showed me all the cars I wanted to see until I eventually got to the what car I was I tested in seing. Was greeted at reception by Kim who patiently showed me all the cars I wanted to see until I eventually got to the one Used car I was most interested in. At Park Place apparently there is no distinction between the reps who sell new cars or those who sell used cars. I find this really nice. A other dealers used car buyers get the typical used car salesmen and foster a class distinction - not at Park Place. After showing us new cars Kim did not express any hesitation that we now wanted to buy a used car. Our kids sat in the great lobby and in the really nice waiting area while we went for test drives and negotiated the deal. Kim was an engaged seller- not a high pressure sales person but not uninterested in making the sale either. She heard us out, negotiated astutely and at the end of the afternoon we agreed on a price. After we got home we did not feel we had overpaid and did not have any buyers remorse because I think we paid a fair price and most importantly we did not feel we had been 'cornered' into the price. While signing the car papers we asked many questions. They went and found all the people who they needed to who knew the answer to the specific questions we were asking on warrantee etc. couldn't ask for anything more. So far the after sales service has been excellent as well. I would happily buy another car from Park Place again. More
