Beginning to end, this was the easiest, most professional, non-stressful car purchase of my life (and I have purchased 25+ vehicles beginning in 1976). Mr. Safianow went out of his way to be he professional, non-stressful car purchase of my life (and I have purchased 25+ vehicles beginning in 1976). Mr. Safianow went out of his way to be helpful, instructive, patient, and honest. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge of the product he represents, and took the time to explain the options, colors, every detail to my complete satisfaction. Mr. Safianow knew the intricacies of financing options, and took the time to explain every aspect of each option, while giving me free reign to make my own decision. There was no pressure to the sale or the presentation, and he never seemed like he was rushing me to get on to the next client, etc. In fact, he took an amazing amount of time, and allowed me the luxury of experiencing each vehicle I was interested in, plus looking at every color option on the cars themselves, not from some book of swatches. My time is valuable, the automobile I drive is important to me, and Mr. Safianow understood these things about me, and took them into consideration in his demeanor and professional attitude. So did everyone else I came in contact with, from the General Manager who stopped by to chat about ME (not the product) and my vocation, to the finance officer who walked me through every step of my lease to my satisfaction, to being introduced to my service department liaison. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. Bravo Park Place! More
My wife and I had a very satisfactory experience with our first visit to the service department. The only thing that concerend us was the fact it took 6 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Other than that it turns out that my wife must have misplaced her laptop either in the loaner car or the cashier's desk. We brought this topic up to the dealer within 2 hours of noticing. Thankfully the dealer called to inform us that they found it. Whew! That was a great relief! This speaks volumes for the integrity of their staff. Mark is an amazing resource and I will recommend him by name to friends that are in the car market. Not many pre-owned salesguys takethe time to become experts in a vehicle that the dealership doesn't sel name to friends that are in the car market. Having been a long time service customer of Park Place Lexus Plano, it was an easy decision to visit them when it came time to lease my wife a new car. As a service organization, they had continually dem Lexus Plano, it was an easy decision to visit them when it came time to lease my wife a new car. As a service organization, they had continually demonstrated a level of expertise and customer service that was second to none. And, I'm very pleased to say our experience on the 'Sales' side of the dealership was equally as impressive (if not better). From the beginning our salesperson, Stephen Wedderburn, was in top form. Through appropriate questioning, he accurately determined the vehicle best suited to our needs. He then proceeded to show us several models of that vehicles, allowed us to test drive them, patiently answered all of our questions and offered invaluable insight that was critical in helping us to make our decision. He then thoroughly (and very patiently) went through the various financing options that were available to us and expeditiously took care of the required paperwork to wrap everything up. The hand-off process to our finance manager was smooth and efficient and the sales manager stopped by to introduce himself as well. It was a very effective and appreciated use of our time. If you're looking for someone who will shoot straight with you and put your best interests at the forefront, don't hesitate to contact Stephen as he is a class act. Buying/leasing a new car is not, in reality, a one-time singular event but rather the beginning of a long-term, potentially dramatically impactful relationship. I look for unmatched quality, not just in the vehicle, but in the experience my family will have as owners in the years to come. This is a critical and non-negotiable aspect of the ongoing covenant that is formed with the dealership and it's employees when we pick up our new vehicle. As a matter of fact, I purchased my last 4 cars from Park Place Lexus (last 2 from Stephen). He is both knowledgable and approachable. Never did I feel pressured at any point in time. Complete undivided attention when I visit. The phrase "bending over backwards" would be an understatement if used to describe Stephen. I can honestly say that I've "enjoyed" my last several car shopping experience. In the past, buying a car (from somewhere and someone else) was like pulling teeth. His New Car Sales Manager, Patrick Jaccar was also fantastic to work with. I always felt the price was fair and the deal was great. With Stephen and Patrick, it's all about building relationships - not pushing cars out the door. Let's not kid ourselves, they have to make a profit. But to me, the past experience with them has been so good, I didn't even cross shop ANY other dealerships for my last 3 cars. More
