I was extremely surprised how Herb made it easy to do business with over a 1000 miles away. The car was certified and I was given as many pictures as needed to make me feel comfortable with the long distance transaction as it was my first. Herb also took a weekend out of his time to meet me half way to accomplish the transaction. When we met the car was everything that I had expected and Herb was prepared with all appropriate paperwork to solidify my satisfaction.
