I was happy with everything EXCEPT the price negotiation. I said in the very beginning that I wanted to pay cash and was assured I could. I told Joe Pack and Liz Striegel each many times. It was agreed many times by both that I would pay cash until the very last minute when I was going to write my check. At that time Joe Pack told me to wait and he left the room. When he came back, he told me I didn't get the $1,000 discount for being a previous Lexus owner unless I took out a loan instead of paying cash. I was shocked and would have walked out except I wouldn't get my money back that I had already paid if I walked out. This was DECEPTION and I was extremely upset. I have never been deceived this blatantly before. I guess this is the way Park Place does business, so I will have a hard time getting over it when I get ready to buy another car. However, since I have had my car a few months now, Joe Pack has been very helpful and accommodating and I really like the car. The answer to the question,"Would you recommend this dealership?" is I'm not sure right now. There was no way to answer this correctly because there was no way to say, "I don't know." More

When you meet Stephen he appears young but you find out he has worked for every organization within Park Place Lexus for six years. We outlined the car I wanted we agreed on a number out the door which include a 2007 Lexus RX 350 trade for a 2013 new RX 350. The car came in he had it all cleaned filled with gas parked it in the very front of the Park Place Dealership with a Bow on top so I could surprise my wife with her new car. Oh it gets better I said we where going to dinner could we come back the next day and go through all the features of this new 2013. He said "are you ready" we can send someone to the house and they can go over all the features of the car connect the garage door and install the software so I can download addresses to the navigational system in the car. They spent 20 minutes helping my wife get her phone connected showed her how to operate the address book with voice commands got all her favorite radio stations programmed. She is now talking to the car less time talking to me (new feature). I started my car shopping journey at another luxury dealership(Sewell) in the metroplex. I encountered rudeness along with arrogance. Needless to say I was very discouraged and disappointed after leaving Sewell. I went home and searched online and visited Park Place the following day. I had a totally different experience at Park Place. I was very pleased with the service I received all around. My salesman Jeff and the finance manager Nicole were so friendly. I can not express how great their customer service was! Oh yeh I forgot to mention, I got a great car at a great price as well. I would recommend Park Place to anyone. You can't go wrong with them!
