He said "are you ready" we can send someone to the house and they can go over all the features of the car connect the garage door and install the software so I can download addresses to the navigational system in the car. They spent 20 minutes helping my wife get her phone connected showed her how to operate the address book with voice commands got all her favorite radio stations programmed. She is now talking to the car less time talking to me (new feature). I started my car shopping journey at another luxury dealership(Sewell) in the metroplex. I encountered rudeness along with arrogance. Needless to say I was very discouraged and disappointed after leaving Sewell. I went home and searched online and visited Park Place the following day. I had a totally different experience at Park Place. I was very pleased with the service I received all around. My salesman Jeff and the finance manager Nicole were so friendly.
