To date I have purchased 4 new Lexus ES 300 series beginning in 1998 thru 2013 from the Park Place Plano dealership. Salesman Robert Sturm sold me my last two. I would also like to mention Brian Martin. He has since been promoted to service manager. I must say his promotion was well deserved. Brian, was my service rep since '98. Never was I ever disappointed as a customer dealing with Brian. He also like Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. I also applaud the Park Place dealership for their outstanding service and care for their customers. When I'm in the market to purchase a car there is no need for me to shop elsewhere because of the outstanding service and quality of their personnel they provide. More

I came to Park Place with a friend of mine who was in the process of leasing an ES 330h, not really intending to buy a car. Then I saw it. I think Rainer knew I was going to buy it before I did...and as an process of leasing an ES 330h, not really intending to buy a car. Then I saw it. I think Rainer knew I was going to buy it before I did...and as any good sales person would do, he worked to close me that night (sorry Rainer). He sent me an email the next day encouraging me to do my due diligence, but to give him an opportunity before I made any final decision. After the passage of a few days and a little research I decided to go back and see Rainer to make a deal. The process was stress-less, profesional and courteous. Got my "new" car that same evening. He patiently and expertly walked me through the functions of the car at delivery, explained the "perqs" of being a Park Place customer and sent me on my way. I had a great experience, my car is a pleasure to drive and I would not hesitate to recommend Rainer and Park Place. More

We wanted to replace our 2006 RX 330 with a newer model with fewer miles and an extended dealer warranty (ours had 95K mi and the warranty had recently expired). We purchased our previous car from Park Pl with fewer miles and an extended dealer warranty (ours had 95K mi and the warranty had recently expired). We purchased our previous car from Park Place, had it serviced there for the past 6 1/2 yrs, and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and personal attention provided to us by Brad Darrow in their vehicle service department. That long-time experience made it an easy decision for us to shop at Park Place when we decide it was time to replace our RX 330. Taylor Garrett was the sales representative who met us when we walked in the door to look around. He was extremely cordial, professional, low key - he listened to what we thought we were shopping for and directed us to the vehicles that fit our interest and met our expectations. As it must be for all buyers with a "trade-in", we were very concerned about what price we would get for our "old car" and were very pleased with the offer he made for our trade-in. Taylor's demeanor, the bottom-line sales price for our 2012 RX 350, and our previous experience with their service department helped make our buying decision easy and experience very pleasant. Thanks again to Taylor, Brad, and entire Park Place management team! We will be back for a long time to come. More

She was very knowledgeable about the RX 350 and she made sure we knew how to operate all the controls that were new to us. She assisted us in setting up our iPhone to operate from the steering wheel and we appreciated that very much. Kelli was just an outstanding saleswoman and we wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone interested in buying a Lexus to her and the dealership. Kelli has a very welcoming and fun personality and she has continued to stay in touch with us, since we purchased our Lexus RX350. Kelli has just the type of personality to work as a saleswoman and we enjoyed our experience with her. She will not be forgotten. She is the greatest! Nicole Roshto was able to complete our financial paperwork in a very speedy and accurate method. She has assisted us since our purchase with needed paperwork for our credit union and for the registration of our vehicle in another state. I purchased my first Lexus RX 330 in 2005 from Park Place Lexus in 2005. From the purchase through the last service, it was always perfect customer service. I moved away from the Dallas area in 2011 but when it came time to replace my 2005 RX 330 with a new 350, I found Chris Collins name and number in my cell phone directory. When I called, he found the car I wanted in the inventory, told me he is now a Sales Manager and that David Broadbent would call me back. Over the phone, the price was better than the price I had been given at the dealership closer to where I now live. I bought my car over the phone because I trust the people and the dealership. When I picked it up, David was very thorough in showing me all the new features and explained the car to me in great detail. I drove my new car home and was amazed at the quality of the car. It rides like a dream. I love the whole Park Place experience and my only regret about moving is that its too far to take my car there for maintenance. More
