After looking for a used Lexus at the Dallas location, on the spur of the moment, we decided the next day to look at Park Place in Plano. Having reviewed the stock online, we had two cars we were interested the spur of the moment, we decided the next day to look at Park Place in Plano. I emailed the site at about 10 am and within 20 minutes had a return call from Kelli Hansen assuring me that she would try to get the cars ready to test drive so we would not waste any time. Kelli presented the cars and provided some other choices. After finding who would be driving the car, she explained the benefits of the ES350 to my wife and me and took time to answer my wife's questions and point out the benefits of the car from a woman's perspective. This was important to my wife. One we had settled on the car, she made sure that everything was done asap to get the car ready for us to drive away. She gave us a tour of the site explaining the car wash and other benefits from our purchase. On multiple occasions she had called us to make sure that all is ok with the car and urges us to call if there are any problems or questions. Knowing that I had a previous commitment that was approaching, Kelli contact Chris in the financial department so he could begin the paper work while Kelli was completing hers. When signing the contracts for purchase, Chris knew that i was in a hurry and had to leave and my wife would drive the Lexus home. After reviewing a couple different cars from different makers, I contacted Herb Simonsen about a specifc car I's seen online. Upon my arrival to the dealership, We went for a test drive during which Herb makers, I contacted Herb Simonsen about a specifc car I's seen online. Upon my arrival to the dealership, We went for a test drive during which Herb pointed out the features of the car and at the conclusion of the test drive, rather than trying to sell me the car, he asked "Is this the right car for you?" I told him I was simply comparing a few different vehicles and that I would let him know if I was interested in talking further about the specific car at a later time and he said he would look forward to the opportunity. After that, I drove two other makes of cars and had placed an offer on one of them but I decided to contact Herb before I purchased the car. He indicated that the car I had test driven was still available and he would appreciate another in-person visit So I stopped by again. Since I had purchased my current sedan from that dealership,, he said they would be competative on a trade-in valuation for my car as well as provide me the best price and financing options for the new car. True to his word, after some negotiation, we shook hands and the deal was done. Kendall Richards, in the finance dept. did a wonderful job obtaining a very competative rate on my loan and was enjoyable to work with. A week after taking delivery of the car, Herb called to make sure everything was satisfactory with it, asked me to call him on his cell if I needed anything and thanked me again for my business. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership. More

Great Experience working with Anthony Grant in Sales and Kai Peterson with the finance dept. We never felt pressured and felt they were trying to get us the best deal possible.
