I went to the dealership previously on another occasion before going back for the purchase of my 2012 CT200h, and met Naseem Mushtaq in used sales. Their lot was so packed with cars, you could not park anywhere close by. The salesman was too busy to help, just threw keys at us of cars to drive..I could have been gone for hours and no one would have noticed. Questions were not addressed, just plain awful. So off to Park Place I went to scout out Naseem. He was a go getter to make me happy. He listened to my wants and needs, which is the upmost important quality of customer service. He found my car of desire on the show room floor, so my used car turned to a new car sale. Park Place employees are may steps above the rest. I am so happy and confident in my purchase and to be proud of the Park Place family for years to come. More
