One thing that I really liked about Blaze is that I didn't feel like he was pre-evaluating my ability to afford a lexus based on my flip flops (which I often wear when working from home). I felt like I was hanging with one of my friends from college. You can't learn his mannerisms in school, by seminar, or reading a book. You either have it or you don't. And if he works for you, then you are one lucky company. So would I go to this dealership again? Heck yeah, to see my buddy Blaze! And for the record... I never met Blaze before, haven't hung out with him since, but will stop by whenever I'm at the dealership to say hi and talk about my next purchase. More
