We started out at Grapevine and they were not very friendly and cold. My husband went to the Plano dealer and Adi was great and helped him right away. Even though we already had our financing, Kai was great to work with. He was funny and put us at ease (in the past it was never a favorite part of the car buying experience). He explained everything that he was printing and walked us through our options. I have been back to the Plano dealership for a car wash and the atmosphere was family friendly and inviting. Everyone that walked by me asked if they could get me anything. As we complete this survey, we say that we will go the Grapevine dealership for service because it is close, but when we the time we will take out vehicle to the Plano dealership. I was so nervous buying a new car after 10 years and a Lexus at that, but everyone that we have encountered at the Plano dealership has put us at ease and it reassures me that we made the right decision. We have told everyone our story about the two dealerships and tell that Plano is the place to go for a great car buying experience. More
