Greeted promptly by Taylor Garrett. Originally came in to inquire about a used LS that we saw on internet. I usually shop at Sewell Lexus because of their awesome customer service, but Park Place is closer t inquire about a used LS that we saw on internet. Taylor told me about the specials on the New 2012 LS 460's & decided to purchase a new one. He did a great job explaining that customer service at Park Place was in line with Sewell and how you have plans to build a new location that would offer more to the customers. Joel Pechauer helped me with the selection and purchase of my "new" Lexus and he did an excellent job. (I recommended him to a fellow coworker and he also purchased a new Lexus from Joel). I received excellent "new car" information etc. from several on staff that perform those functions. Everyone is quick and willing to help in any way needed. Brian Martin has been my service manager since I purchased my first Lexus and he is the BEST. I congratulate him on his much deserved promotion. When I was coming in for service and learned he had been promoted I was disappointed that I would not be working directly with him but I would have been MUCH more disappointed if he had not received the promotion he so deserved. I know I will continue to see his smile when I bring my car in for service and I am sure I will have confidence in the new service manager I receive.
